Information we process
Contact messages. If you use the contact form, we process the name, email address and message you submit so we can receive and reply to your inquiry.
Abuse prevention. Limited request information, including an IP address supplied by our hosting infrastructure, may be used temporarily to rate-limit repeated contact-form submissions and protect the website from abuse.
Website analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate website usage. Vercel Web Analytics is designed to provide anonymized, aggregated analytics without using cookies.
Why we use this information
We process information to respond to requests you send us, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. Where applicable, this processing is based on your request and on our legitimate interests in operating, securing and improving the Drone Club website.
Service providers and third-party content
The site is hosted on Vercel and uses Vercel Web Analytics. Contact-form notifications may be delivered through Resend and Telegram, depending on the website configuration, so information submitted through the form may be processed by those providers for delivery.
Our video section uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced embed domain. Loading or playing embedded YouTube content may still cause your browser to communicate with YouTube/Google, which processes data under its own privacy terms.
Retention
Contact messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to handle the inquiry and any relevant follow-up. Temporary rate-limit data expires automatically after a short period. We do not use the contact form to build marketing profiles.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights under the GDPR to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us at info@droneclub.ee to make a request. You may also contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, service providers or processing practices change. The current version will always be published on this page.
